Model:LSK-DL4
The temperature-controlled battery short-circuit tester is designed in accordance with the requirements of a variety of battery short-circuit test standards, namely complying with GB, IEC, EN, UN38.3, UL, as well as QC/T 743-2006 Lithium-ion Traction Batteries for Electric Vehicles and the Performance Test Specification for Lithium-ion Traction Batteries for EVs (2008) under the major project of Energy Conservation and New Energy Vehicles of the 863 Program. In accordance with standard requirements, the temperature-controlled battery short-circuit tester must meet the internal resistance range of ≤5mΩ to achieve the maximum short-circuit current required for the test.
I. Design Features of Temperature-Controlled Battery Short-Circuit Tester
The temperature-controlled battery short-circuit tester is designed in compliance with the requirements of various battery short-circuit test standards. In accordance with standard stipulations, the short-circuit device must meet an internal resistance range of ≤5mΩ to achieve the maximum short-circuit current required for tests. In addition, the circuit design of the short-circuit device must withstand the impact of large currents. For this reason, we adopt industrial-grade DC electromagnetic contactors, all-copper binding posts and internal copper plate current conduction. The wide and thick copper plates effectively improve heat dissipation, making the high-current short-circuit device safer, reducing the wear of test equipment effectively and ensuring the accuracy of test data.

II. Compliant Standards
The test chamber of the temperature-controlled battery short-circuit tester is additionally equipped with a temperature control function, complying with test standards such as IEC62133, QC/T 743 and QC/T 744, and accurately controlling the temperature of batteries in the test chamber, thus fully meeting the test standard requirements.
The temperature-controlled battery short-circuit tester complies with the requirements of standards including GB, IEC, EN, UN38.3, UL 2054, QC/T 744-2006 and QC/T 743-2006.
